We're a local Hunter Valley cleaning team with a simple goal: to provide cleaning services that people can genuinely rely on. Since establishing Glisten Up in 2017, we have built our reputation on being thorough, dependable, and detail-focused, ensuring every property is presented at its best.
Our work is centred around holiday homes, Airbnb properties, and cellar doors across the Hunter Valley, while also supporting residential clients throughout the region. From regular cleaning and property turnovers to deep cleaning, glass and window cleaning, and furniture cleaning, we tailor our services to suit the unique needs of each space.
We use non-toxic, eco-friendly products and equipment that are safe, effective, and better for the environment. It is part of our commitment to creating cleaner, healthier spaces without compromising on results.
Based in the Hunter Valley, we proudly service Lovedale, Pokolbin, Cessnock, and surrounding areas. We offer flexible cleaning plans, prompt communication between 8am and 6pm, and a hands-on approach that values quality, consistency, and attention to detail.

Debbie Carcagni
Glisten Up was founded by Debbie in 2017, whose career has been shaped by a strong background in hospitality, food and beverage, and property management. Through these industries, she developed an understanding of how much the condition of a space contributes to a person's overall experience, whether they are a guest, customer, or homeowner.
Known for her organised nature and meticulous attention to detail, Debbie has always taken pride in maintaining high standards and ensuring nothing is overlooked. She finds genuine satisfaction in transforming a space and creating an environment that feels fresh, cared for, and ready for those who use it.
What started as a personal passion for cleaning and organisation eventually grew into Glisten Up. Combining years of industry experience with a hands-on approach, Debbie built the business around the values that matter most to her: quality, consistency, reliability, and attention to detail.
Today, those values continue to guide everything Glisten Up does. Debbie remains actively involved in the business, bringing the same care, dedication, and eye for detail that inspired her to start it in the first place.
